You've got to be kidding me...... it is nice to know Elwyn Park Landscaping has such loyal customers. I'm glad he takes care of some of you. But I just received a nasty phone call from Alex the owner who believes he is fully justified in calling and yelling at me for 5 minutes (actually 7 minutes). As a consumer, I can tell you this is 100% NOT the way to resolve a consumer complaint!

Just have to speak up here, and certainly not trying to cause any more contention. I definitely understand that different people can have different experiences with the same company, but I have personally known the owner of Elwyn Park Landscaping for a very long time, and I know that he has worked hard to build his business and prides himself on good customer service and being responsive to customers and potential customers, especially fellow neighbors. Alex truly is a very nice, hard working guy, trying to make an honest living like most of us. I don't know exactly what happened in this situation, but I imagine it would be difficult for anyone to learn that someone had publicly posted something negative about a business into which that person had put all of his/her heart and hard work and which is the way that the person provides for his/her family, without first being given the chance in private to discuss and try to resolve any issues or "make right" any negative experience someone believes they have had.
