Strongly recommend Triumph Wellbeing and Simon Desborough. I have been attending for 3 years and it has changed my life. The sessions are fun, handwork and keep you motivated. Simon is a calm and focused leader who pushes you with your own goals but won't do it for you. I also have the most amazing group of work out family now if you were looking for group sessions rather than 1 to 1. check out Triumph Wellbeing's Facebook page as to where sessions are and what they are all about.

Hi Lisa, as Lucy says Simon Desborough at Triumph Wellbeing is the perfect personal trainer & he's local to us in Potton area. I've been going to his boot camp & circuit training sessions for a year now & it's amazing how much stronger I feel in all my muscles, hips, knees etc. Give him a try.

Triumph Fitness is a great mixed ability class with all sorts of different training options. New extreme classes start on Monday next week. But lots of different options. Simon the trainer is a great leader, classes are always different and everyone roots for each other. I have never looked back.
