Thoughts on acupuncture for back pain?
Any and all details? Never tried it, getting desperate :(
Recommendations of places?
And...go?

I think acupuncture is great and you should try it. It doesn't hurt anything. There is a place that does community acupuncture for $40 at the intersection of Finn Hill and Viking. At the acupuncture and wellness center in Poulsbo, there can sometimes be pressure into prepaying for services. I think people get good results at Kingston Crossing as well. BUT, as a person who has had a devastating back injury and surgery, I would encourage you to also find out what is wrong with your back and when able, work on rehabilitation. The intricate core exercises, that a physical therapist or skilled doctor can provide you with, will hopefully prevent you significant pain down the road. Ice, walking and core exercises help a lot with back pain. Good luck.

Not acupuncture, but I highly recommend Punt Physiotherapy in Silverdale.

That is one thing that I have been wanting to experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am currently practicing Cranial Sacral Therapy and it helps back pain also.
