There are prenatal classes run out of the Public Health Center (back of the hospital) usually every few months/couple times a year. They would also have a lot of info on local activities. Also check out Family Place in the mall - they'd likely have a lot of info on groups and activities as well.

The next prenatal class at the hospital's Public Health Unit is set for Friday May 29 th from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. You can reserve a spot and gain further info by calling Public Health at 604.485.3310. Happy preparing for your little one to arrive!

we have a hot yoga studio Ellie !! - at Coast Fitness!! (i dont think they run 'hot classes' during summer.... but they have the proper infrared heating panels and everything - theyve had it going for at least a year now!:)

There are lots of teachers in town right now...they often post at River City Coffee. T-Fit, Coast Fitness, the Complex, the Yoga Garden, and many individual teachers as well. Very few classes in the summer though. T-Fit has summer classes and I've seen others posted at RC Coffee. Hope this helps!
