Prescott Kickstart and Steve Rosen has morning classes and they start a new session Monday. He has classes starting at 5:30 am

I bought everything I needed to start my own garage gym so I haven't joined any of them but friends who go to the PV one say it is pretty amazing.

I use FitnessBlender.com they've got tons of free YouTube workouts you can do at home with or without basic equipment. All kinds of lengths and difficulty levels. I've also paid for a few plans and they were both under $10. I let my oldest play Ipad while my youngest naps. I have intentions of getting up early to do them but I covet sleep!

I like Anytime Fitness (open 24/7) in Prescott Valley. When traveling I've used Anytime Fitness centers in Joplin, MO and Rockford, IL. They also have them in the Phoenix and Queen Creek area where I spend some time.
