We just bought a full set of studded tires from Auto Magic and they wouldn't book an appointment for us. Won't be dealing with them again. Took the car there at 7:45 am and didn't get it back until just before 5 pm even though they told us that priority would be given to the customers that had bought tires from them and had been in touch with them by phone, which we had.
