Have had ankle pain for months. Went to Dr. Torn Achilles tendon..Recommends physical therapy. Is this really what i should be doing?

Oops: AIM physical therapy is the best. When I had my knee replaced they did such a good job, My new knee is better than the old one. They are the nicest people. Kurt Moss is great he will tell you what needs done.
