I go to LaBelle Nails to get my nails done. I frequently see men in there getting pedicures and some get manicures too. They are located in the Food Lion shopping center on 98 and Capital.

Most all delis have meat slicers, but they can only cut something already cooked...If you can't find one in Wake Forest I am pretty certain Moss' Foods in Louisburg has one.
