NY Cupcakes at Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. Not local ish but worth the drive. They are the only place I get cupcakes. I convert people all the time, you would think i work for them as much as I praise them.

Molly Burss......Gibbs bakery closed up shop a few years ago when the grocery store they were in closed its doors. Gibbs was AMAZING. Wish they had opened elsewhere.
