And he knows a friend of his who treats top athletes in Regina. But I'm still laid up... So he never have me the reference. Tell him I referred you and he should be able to give you the name and location for what you're looking for - he's well connected in Regina Hope this helps

Garret Woynarski. You can even book online. He isn't specifically a pregnancy specialist,but has a massage table with a section he can take out so you actually get to lay on your front. Oh it is wonderful! I went to see him when I was pregnant with my daughter and have been going this time with this pregnancy as well. I like a massage that isn't all relaxation but actually gets into the sore/stressed muscles and works on them. I very much recommend him- pregnant or otherwise.

I'd recommend Crystal Schouten at synergy health and wellness, also a doula. I'm a physio and have a specialty in women's health so if problem doesn't improve with massage, we can be easily accessed to book an assessment.
