Red Mill Inn has a terrible reputation and I've heard several reports of bedbugs! My recommendation would be the Lazy L B&B. Not only are they pet friendly, they have a fenced dog run and provide "dog sitting" services. We didn't bring our dog, but we stayed there for our wedding weekend and it was delightful.
