I did my regular classes at the beginning, but now for final two months I've been doing water aerobics at the public pool (NW Reno has a class every day at 9 am). It's with all the senior ladies and you can do the full routine or just float and relax.

mandy Colbert and I both teach at Nurturing Nest now. My class is Thurs 11:45AM to 12:45 pm and Mandy is Sat 10:30 am. I also have an evening class at The Yoga Center in Midtown area (720 Tahoe Street suite C) on Monday nights 7:30 pm. I am on vacation this coming Monday but back to teaching Aug 26. I hope to see you soon!

The Reno Buddhist Center has a donation-based drop-in class on Saturday mornings at 8 am. All donations go to the Center. The teacher(s) donate their time and expertise. Donation based classes at The studio several times a week. Also if you have the Mind Body app there is usually a deal on drop ins as the classes get closer and aren't filled. I've seen $13 drop ins on there through "dynamic pricing".If you work Patagonia, The Studio offers employees a discount.
