I have two repeat recommendations: Patrick has seen Dr Brad Gamble for several years and really likes him a lot. But, I loved seeing Dr Michael Biavati (www.entcareforkids.com, 214.696.8900, locations in Plano and Dallas) when Nehemiah was 3. He was sooo gentle and calmed N's nerves enough to scope his sinuses and throat without tears or sedation! Yay! One downside: limited office hours due to surgery schedule).

I used Jennifer Jordan (White Rock ENT) with both my kids. They both had tubes, adenoids and tonsils.

Dr. Amy Coffey just took Jack's adenoids out and put tubes in his ears. Loved her! She's at Baylor Plano ( Hedgcoxe and Preston area). And Jack's pediatrician used her for her own children. And she's a pediatric ENT.
