Doug Hayden, CTPC, is the best! We had a PC that was fried when we had a negative charge run through the house after a microburst. Wedding pictures, important documents, etc were all on this PC. NO, WE DIDN'T BACK UP!!! Doug was incredible. He got the computer running, tweaked it, and everything was saved and it is still going strong today - 6 years later!!!!!!! One hundred percent honest and incredibly knowledgeable!

Good-looking computer geeks? Now we know which ones all the ladies will turn to. LOL BTW, the other thing that Alex Hance at Tiger Tech has offered to do is come by and discuss all of the various media options--- phone, internet, and TV. He said there would be no fee unless you want him to spend time installing a changeover. I'm kinda fed up with Comcast....

Good looking? Are they hiring? That's my policy as well...I always make sure that I beat my competition's price. I've worked for several PC Repair businesses and I quit because I was appalled at what they were charging, and lack of business ethic. I know nothing about Tiger Tech...Alex, maybe we could work together...? I can give you several references from local businesses that will tell you to try me first! I'm confident that anybody would be extremely happy with my work, and I follow through even with unrelated problems that most people would charge you for again and again. Ask John at Stateline Getty or Gio at Club24. I have many residential customers that will attest for me as well.

I'm a certified PC Technician, and I come on-site and charge much less than most people!!! And my policy is to talk people through things over the phone for free, if possible. I have MANY local references, both businesses and residential. It doesn't hurt to give me a call. -Doug (203) 947-7706
