You need to find out who your insurance covers. I used Dr. Cruse. Jenn Jennifer Walkinshaw walking recommended him. Did wonders for me. Biggest thing is learning some good stretches. I use them faithfully!

I have some bulging disks in my lower back from a car accident. Went to numerous doctors, physical therapy, etc. No one was able to relieve the pain until I went to Dr. Bain and Dr. Mike. Not only are they great at what they do but all around nice guys.
