Dr. Knox. He is located on Main St. Ext. As you are going out on 64 alternate from main street, he is located on the right. Looks like a double wide mobile office.

I know its a bit far from you on the west side of Raleigh, but Lane and Associates at 1201 Ridge Road is where I went during college. Everyone there was really nice and seemed to do a good job. I really liked going there

My parents paid for mine since I had them from 14-17. It was about $5,000, I think. I went to Dr. Miller in RMT. I don't know about payment plans... I'm sure they can give you all the information that you need.
