This is an "avoid" recommendation. Until recently I used Dana's Housekeeping. My actual cleaners were awesome, but the management -- man it sucked. Terrible communication, didn't return calls or respond to emails when I needed to reschedule, messed up the schedule numerous times, made billing mistakes. Finally had to call it quits, through no fault of the actual assigned housekeepers.

I use Handybook and love Gina J Spacek. You can request for her shes a native English speaker so there is never a communication error, she's thorough and really nice.
