I wish I could refer you to someone, but I was taken to the nearest trauma unit (Mission Hospital) and was very well taken care of. Once I was stable (two days later), I was transferred to Kaiser Permanente (my insurance provider). All my therapy/rehab I received was through Kaiser. My Kaiser physical/rehab/respiratory therapists were all amazing.

Ocean PT off Amanecer is awesome! Not sure who they take insurance-wise, but you can call. The doc can give you a referral, but you need to contact your insurance to see if they will honor a referral from outside the HMO. You might have to see an HMO doc to get the referral!
