I'm not sure if Skype is ideal for you but he may be able to refer someone local to you who understands this disorder and isn't fooled by it. He will use everything against you. Rethink this very hard. I think individual counseling will be more effective. Less intrusive. And you can still learn how to do things. In general avoid social workers or family therapists unless they specialize in domestic violence or Cluster B personality disorders. Ph.D psychologists usually have the most training with Cluster B disorders. Ask local DV agency for therapist recommendations. The emotional abuse of Cluster Bs is DV. R.
