Sycamore Springs is the BEST! I go twice a year and love it so much, I chose it as my wedding location. If you go, be sure to request a room in one of their two original buildings -- the newer building has hot tubs on the decks of each room, but it's "regular" water...not the luscious mineral water. Happy 40 th!

And if you can get to Fat Cat's restaurant at Port San Luis (just a few minutes from Sycamore), you can't go wrong with their lobster omelet.:-)
