Dentists are required by law to take xrays on new patients and then every two years after. And a hygienist can’t clean your teeth without an examination by a dentist. Pay up, sucka!

May I ask why you're so against x-rays? Would you also say no to an EKG if you needed one to look at your heart? The x-rays don't just show teeth positioning. They help identify cavities, tooth decay and gingivitis, all of which you might have and not even know it. It's a necessary procedure to get a good cleaning, and without it the dentist could be liable for malpractice. You are asking them to not do their job right.

Our primary care doctor is Mia Painter at San Marcos family medical practice. They are good, they also have a walk-in clinic they built not too long ago to service their patients so they don't need an appointment when you get sick suddenly.
