vaccines are around $24.00 and 30.00 at most vets. Spaying is expensive.I got a voucher for $68.00 from Snaps.302-838-6996. I had to find a vet that would honor the voucher. I went to Diamond Vet Hospital. total was $280.00 301-869-3990.That was the cheapest I could find. My vet wanted about $700.00. This was in 2010.

I googled a few rescue groups you can try calling, Pet Rescue By Judy 407-302-4497 and A New Beginning 407-251-5458. Try pleading with that lady to put that cat in a carrier and go asap to the humane society there. Which is open on Sundays. Shes all that cat gots. Prayers for that poor cat. Wish I was closer. Tell her to have some friends or neighbors to help her. Or a pet rescue group if she is unsure. Even googling animal rescue groups and make some calls for help!

Sorry, just now checking FB - busy when kids get home. I originally posted on 1/11. I had a few people respond that had lost A Yorkie bc my first pic was a little dark. i live on twinberry and my property backs up to Bithlo. He was found inside my fenced yard. I initially posted on Avalon sites and put up posters on Guy Rd (behind my house) and around my house, I also posted and rechecked on www.orangecountyfl/AnimalsPets/LostStrayPets. I checked with my Vet for chip. I have been told by residents on Guy rd. that they were aware of more than one dog that was dumped on my property before we moved in bc it is Avalon but I backs up to Guy Rd. The dog does have a tattoo on his stomach and his teeth were not well taken care of. However, he is so sweet and friendly I want to believe he was loved. Shortly after my post, I spoke with a very nice Lady associated with A Cause 4 Paws Rescue. They have offered to help place him and I offered to foster until he is placed. I am open to trying to find owner, but I want to make sure that he would be going back to a loving environment. I committed to starting the rescue process on Friday when I take him to their vet for additional care. I apologize for offering him here first then committing to rescue. Please be assured that after speaking with them that I was convinced this was the best chance to find him a loving home. For those that are interested, please contact them. We have been calling him Benji.
