Rebekah, I have a lingering back injury and a shoulder injury from being launched from horses. The BEST thing for me has been deep tissue massage and myofascial release. My chiropractor who does deep muscle therapy is Alienore Conrad (661-253-1200). She helped my daughter with muscle imbalance. My myofascial release guy is Craig Garcia (818-667-4405, TEXT) and he is a MIRACLE worker. He is less expensive if you schedule him at Whole Foods where he does a chair massage kiosk. I guess - you have to experiment and find out what works for you. I've learned through experience that if the muscles and tissues are binding up and pulling you out of shape, bone adjustments are not enough. (at least for me!) Feel better! We have a zombie apocalypse to get other folks through!

I used to be a pharmaceutical rep for Pediatricians here. We love Dr. Altman (254-3232) and Dr. Lee at Facey. The other two docs in Dr.Altman's office are great also. I've heard wonderful things about Daphne Horowitz and her husband on Lyons- someone said they make house calls?

It was Dr. Fox. But honestly it was because they were backed up in the front. Once they gave me my paperwork to fill out I was in with in 10 min of filling them out. And he was definitely worth the wait.
