Jeana Wall if the pressure valve is spitting water it means the pressure in the tank is to great and the thermostat isn't shutting off the heat. you need to have someone check the thermostat and replace that pressure valve. otherwise if the pressure valve quits then boom goes the water heater like a giant bomb or missle.

Razor Rooter at 816 - 453-1964 was my plumber of choice - last time I used them I was not impressed tho - maybe they were having a bad day. Bob Hammilton at 913-227-4943 is who I use now. Ben Franklin Plumbing is the worst I have ever used.

I just used this guy last week. Dale Delameter, 816-213-0206 Its his own little company and it was great because he came the same day and fixed our issue.
