Best time to start looking would be around middle of April, beginning of May. Most people have to put in a notice to vacate by the tenth of the month to be out by the end of that month, so by May 10, all June availabilities should be online wherever yo u look. You can check out our website at www.lighthouse-cove.com and see what we have available that fits your timeline. As Travis said earlier, please watch out for scams on craigslist, they are everywhere. If you see a house on there, and the deal seems too good to be true, chances are it is. Good luck!

Nope, Rachel. Coldwell Banker is a pure Coldwell Banker. Coldwell Banker Parkshore is something like an affiliate. I don't know where Coldwell Banker's office is or if they even have one in town, but I believe they had a dispute about infringing on an affiliate. I don't know if Coldwell Banker handles rentals, but Parkshore does. Wendy handles that - good gal.
