J&R Mechanical put in my new HVAC unit in 2011. Absurdly-nice reps, 30% lower price tag than competitors' quotes, offered a few different options for me based on my preference and the age/layout of the home, and made sure to follow up with me around tax season so I could take advantage of high-efficiency upgrade credits as well as the rebate from the state I got. During the holiday season they even sent me a complimentary Coleman LED 3-in-1 lantern thingy just for doing business with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sorry to piggyback, but my mom is looking for a central air fix. Had two estimates today, Howe and another one (not Frisbee). One said just the AC unit can be replaced, the other said full HVAC and electrical needed. Any suggestions?
