I would go with Robin Crowder at Hair Ink... I've had my hair done at many a place and her salon is the first one that doesn't give me anxiety about getting it done. Never had a bad experience, or even a mediocre one. Every time I walk out of there, I am 125% satisfied. You'll never regret it.
