Paula Varner Applewhite at Lavish salon in Southern Pines is the BEST! She offers a ultra-sani pedicure that has a liner that holds the water, so no jets that hide and grow scary bacteria. She is in a private room in the salon, hour long services and has won Best Nail Tech in the Greater Fayetteville area. She has years of experience and the only person I trust with my manicures and pedicures! Oh and she also uses vegan products that smell heavenly, give her a try for sure!
