When I need an exam or adjustment, sometimes I go to their sister store, The Spec Shop across from Mardel's. The customer service and feelings of warmth and love are not the same at that location though. They have been in business for more than 40 years. The in-store selection is a lot better at Heffington. If you go there, tell Gary Heffington I recommended it to you.

Vision Clinic on National is where I go. We kids included see Dr. Brad Lewis and my sister goes to his wife Dr. Mitzi Lewis. Love their office and everyone is very nice. He's great with the kiddos. They love him.

Debbie, I'll have Rick ask the Drs. up in surgery, today, who they would use, in the Mercy system. (And yes, Dr. Essman is considered one of the best...and and is a really nice person, as well.)

Debbie...Dr. Essman and Dr. Katheryn Sun are the people the surgical staff & Drs. would send their own family to. (Rick works with both, in surg...they are both Mercy System, and highly respected & very skilled.)

I had eye surgery with Dr. Essman in January. He did an excellent job and is very nice. I would highly recommend him!

Depends on the condition if you are looking for a specialist. The Mercy Eye Clinic in the Surgery Center Building at Seminole and Fremont has a pediatric ophthalmologist as well as other good docs. Of course right now I can't remember names, but I think it is Atkinson and mine was Peterson. Good luck and I hope Josh gets well soon.

My mom uses Dr. Essman. He's wonderful! If you need their services, the people at the Vision Rehabilitation Center are fantastic! I think you have to have a referral to use their services, but not sure. Mom was referred by Dr. Essman.
