I highly recommend going through Infant Toddler Family Daycare. They are a non-profit organization that oversees a network of at-home providers in the area. They license, certify, and monitor all of they're providers. I can tell you more about it if you want. Arren goes to a person out here in Alexandria, but there are providers all over.
