Jessica Hammett does cakes and cupcakes out of her house. Her stuff is awesome! Carly Everett does cakes out of her house. She made the last wedding cake for a wedding I shot. I haven't eaten hers but it was really pretty. I don't know of a florist.

Get a photographer, or you might regret it. I don't know how how 'cost effective' she is, but she is AMAZING. Roz Photography. I highly recommend her. If not, there are a few lower quality that you could go far that are definitely cheaper.
