St. Louis University (SLU) has a great ortho program that is cheaper than the regular ortho (full set - phase 2 about $3400). They do payments too. All of my kids have gone there and my husband. The down side is the drive. Not sure what insurance they take though. 314-977-8363

Dr. Sueme at West County Orthodontics in the parking lot in front of Rizzo's. The ones with the blue lights in the windows at night. He's gotten Faith in and out of braces and Ethan into braces. They are reasonable.

Bauer Orthodontics out in cottleville is AWESOME. They've done a great job with Draydens teeth and they do free consults with xrays and all.
