I go to a auto parts shop on Southwest (Southwest Auto Parts) and they always replace bulbs for me free of charge when I buy it there (they did a headlight and both license plate lights for me just this past Saturday). I go to Froesel Tire for everything else (on Manchester) and they are honest and great for those who are not automotive-savy.
