Wroclaw, sadly, does not have very good pet stores, most are small. Most malls have one, usually downstairs. As for doggy day care most are boarding kennels, is that what you need? When I lived in Wroclaw we used Hotel Pupil exclusively and our dog was treated like a king! They also have pet supplies there. We bought our dog bed from them!
