I just went through the same thing with a bed as well. Hit me up if you want to know what I did. It doesn't cost much and is instant relief. Firmer beds are usually worse for back issues as they tend to leave pressure points because you sleep on top of it. Matty Larkin... Slipped disc was years ago, never the same since. It's mostly upper back where I get terrible knots and my neck. Neck stems from the traps, sometimes I feel like I get pinched nerves.

Jen - try Dr. Sean Diamond in Monroe. You will only need to go ONCE!! I've been going to chiro's for 15+ years and I haven't had to go since I saw Dr. Diamond. He will fix the source of your problem. Well worth the drive.

I swear by my chiro but she's in norwalk. U shld see how she fixes me straight after doing INSANITY and P90X. She is super knowledgeable and is NO JOKE. I 'll text u her # in case u'r willing to haul to norwalk. She also teaches at UB. Dr. Astrid Monsalve Smith. I have crawled into her office on all 4 s and i have walked out skipping.
