They are based at the MSU Student Health Center. Don't know your circumstances but I don't know if they accept non-MSU patients. Or if your mother wants to go to a college campus to go to a doctor.

I don't know what your resources are. This is way off to travel but, the only one I've come across was a well known holistic cancer physician in New York who recently passed away named Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez. There was/is another physician in the same practice with him, who is a woman. Can't think of her name at the moment. She was picking up his clients along with hers due to his passing. As far as around here in MS, I do not know of any ;(. I hope you are able to find what you need. (((Hugs)))
