Helen at New Looks Salon (281) 313-2518. Helen is Fantastic. My wife and I both have been going here for 2 years. Very reasonably priced. Cut and color for men is $30 and like $80 for women I believe that is with hot oil treatment. I believe it is maybe $60 without hot oil, but don't hold me to that.

I have gone to La Chic on Hwy 6 at Bisonnet in the Ace Hardware & Dollar Tree shopping strip. Faye and Azet are wonderful and the cuts are $22. I've never had their color but I've seen their work and it is great.
