Depending on the size and brand of the tire yes 1000 is fair. Plus 19 s are not an overly popular size so they can sometimes cost more. Check out pepboys.com they have a special buy 3 get 4 th free on select tires and also more discounts if you order online they also price match with same quality tire with in 5 k miles on the wty.

Wish you were in Loganville. Tire Dock gave me a great deal on 4 brand new good year tires. It was like $365. And they'll last up to 60,000 miles. They also said that theyll give me a free tire rotation and balance during the life of my tires. they told me thats only for 4 brand new tires. Great customer service and I was in and out within 20 min. Maybe little less than that. I highly recommend them
