Dorcas Stclair, 10 years. Belatedly learned we were suppose to flush the unit with vinegar every few years. There is a Bosch service out of Petersburg, but they want us to purchase a $3200 Navien (!) and aren't forthcoming as to the $400 part they say ours needs. So now I'm looking at Rheem and installers.

Yeah I didn't realize Bosch were that price. Probably worth having it fixed. Try Fred Fick plumbing. He is a good guy 419-215-2513
