Go to the salon in the Sheraton hotel in Red Deer. There's a lady named Jackie I think that can do it. Tell them you want Elumen brand. Not many people here are certified to use it and that's the only person I could find (I usually go to Taryn Le Surf to get my hair done) this lady did my hair Oct 2014 and I still have pink in it
