Talk to Jim Baleno and Charlene Baleno, they run their own salon, https://www.facebook.com/PetStyleCNY/. They used to groom our shih-tzu Spike before he died last year, and they are very nice people.

We've used Diane's Dog grooming over on 173 going toward fairmount; she does a good job. It's in her house; price is a bit higher than i'd like but our dog always looks and smells awesome after!

Barks and bubbles on Milton ave in solvay is very good. My dog looks very similar to yours. Mary Ann treats him well, is reasonably priced, and has good hours.
