But it's still enough for exercise I think.

Merry Gym, between Yizhong and Taichung park. Small gym but has everything you need, cheap, and run by a really nice Taiwanese guy

I bailed on World Gym, horrible service and amenities there. True Fitness is gorgeous but parking is a PITA. Currently at Fitness Factory and quite happy.
