Humane Society on Armenia in Tampa, have a low cost spay and nueter program where if you recieve any kind of gov assistance they will do it for ten dollars. Actually you can find the application at most libraries, fill it out, and they will send you a voucher if you qualify, and you can take your kitty to any vet that accepts the voucher. When they send the voucher, they also include a list of vets that you can go to.
