as far as pc cleanup: http://eset.com/online-scanner is a free scan by industry leading AV. Google PC decrapifier, mbam and ccleaner [three different things] to remove non dangerous crud. Ninite.com to install goodies. Use chrome and buy eset if you have security concerns
