Dr. McPherson at Texas children's in Conroe! The ONLY dr. I would recommend

When I worked NICU in the Conroe/Woodlands area I got to know a lot of pediatricians. Dr. McPherson was one of my favorites.:)

Dr Quarles at Texas Children's in Conroe. Love her. You can call then and tell then you're a soon to be mom and they'll let you come in and meet with a pediatrician.

We use James Herrin in Conroe. He came highly recommended by my OBGYN and is also a member of our church.

I have been using Conroe Pediatrics for my kids for 22 years and using Dr. Mcpherson for almost 21 years now. We love him.

Dr Penn Texas Childrens in Kingwood

Love Dr. Herrin too, but he's older so I wasn't sure how close is is to retirement or I would have suggested him too. Both excellent.

She was my second choice when we couldn't get in with Dr. Mac

I will say this too. My nephew was super sick about a year and a half ago. Dr. Haggerty knew that he likes dinosaurs. Her son had grown out of the dinosaur phase, so she went home, gathered up all of his dinosaur toys and brought them to my nephee just to cheer him up. She's a gem.

Dr Kozak@Kelsey in the Woodlands is great. He's younger and studied under Herrin. My boys enjoy going to see him

Whoever you pick in the Woodlands, I would not recommend Dr Firstman. My sister worked for him. He is not a good dr. His wife and the other Dr's are very nice but he is a guesser at everything...

I see Catherine Smith in Conroe (Aggie ):) but McPherson is great too. I didn't know how to do this either but my Dr. told me the best thing to do is see someone affiliated with TX Children's.

Dr. McPherson is awesome. I went to him when he was a newbie and I think he still sees Ryan. He's absolutely wonderful.

Max went to Dr. Mac, we did not have a good impression when he neglected to tell us the diagnosis was RSV. I just think he was too busy. We went to Dr Froelich after that. I think the issue is to find a doctor that will take time to answer questions and had an office staff that is helpful. I love the Texas children's doctors and their nurses/office.

Dr. Haggerty in The Woodlands. My nieces and nephew go to her and she is who I would've picked if we still lived there. I've worked with a lot of pedis in my professional life, she is one of the best. Very knowledgeable, can get you in fairly easily, has a great bedside manner with the kids. She is a great advocate for her patients. And believe me, my brother's kids have had a lot of health issues over the years.

Hometown pediatrics on Lakewood drive. Dr. Wright; but I've heard good things from all practicing there

I like Dr Irani or Dr Batka at Woodlands pediatric associates. they're apart of Texas Childrens network. They are on research Forest and gosling.

Asher's is in the Woodlands (close to the mall) but she's the best!! We still drive all the way out from Montgomery to see her. Dr. Chandler at Hometown Pediatrics

We use Hometown Pediatrics also. Our original Dr there opened his own office in Montgomery so we see Dr Gonzales now.

Dr Romero - she's a Kelsey Seybold Dr connect to St Lukes. (713) 442-1800. She's awesome! Many of my nurse friends take their children to her as well!

Texas Children's pediatrics is amazing. I use Dr. Vadala, Richard Texas Childrens Pediatric 1011 Medical Plaza Dr Suite 220 The Woodlands TX 77380 United States (281) 296-9119 All of the doctors in the office are amazing. I know tons of people who use them. He was my doctor as a child and even still remembered me all these years later when I took my son to him.

I take my son to Kelsey Seybolt in the Woodlands and his Dr is also Kozac, very good pediatrician.

My kids saw Dr. Vadala also, back in the day...when he was in the same office with Dr. Kapasi. Kapasi was their regular dr but when he wasn't available we saw Vadala.

I like Dr. Christopher Robertson as a family doctor, but of late, he's been kind of hard to get into...so I also like Dr. Bugenhagen

Christopher Robinson (by Hermann. Memorial hospital) is my favorite family dr of all time. Sarah should have his contact info.

I have used Dr. LaCour at Tex Childrens Pediatrics for 9Yrs. Love him. He is off 2920 and Kykendahl (sp?)....

Agree with Jamie. Dr. Lacour is a home run. One in a million...

There is a Tx Children's (not TCPA) on 2920 another on Cypresswood and one on Grant and Spring Cypress...I am sure the docs are all good. We have to see Tx Children's Pediatric Assoc. (TCPA) so I don't have any experience with them - but heard they are good - they are the FM 1960 ones.

Dr. Nandwani is great - very knowledgable and kind! He has a second location further north on Kuykendahl, just south of Creekside as well.

We also go to Dr. Nandwani at Champions Pediatrics, he is wonderful with the kids and parents.

Good to know! We are lookin for a new Pedi and had a lot if recommendations for Texas Children's. I LOVE our current one, but they will no longer be taking our ins (Blue Cross) in October:( We see Dr. Siddiqui at Kelsey Seybold, the Woodlands location, off 45 just South of 242. She is very proactive, shows concern, and will explain anything you need her to. She knows that when I take my kids in its because everything else I have tried has failed and gives them what they need to get healthy again, not just the "mmm lets try this and see if it helps first..." You can always get in the same day, usually with her, but occasionally we have seen other Dr's there, they are all wonderful. I love Dr. Lung too. After you check in you are usually called back within 10 min or less I'm heartbroken we have to leave. They also have a clinic on 1960 that is open on Saturday for sick visits, the Dr's rotate, it's far and the Dr's rotate, but at least you have the option! I asked on my neighborhood page and can give you the list of pedi's that were recommended to me. They were all male though because my boys wanted to start seeing a boy dr lol.
