Joe McRae is not local to you but he's a great combination of what I think is critical in that role: numbers geek, pragmatist and passionate. He is refreshingly up-front, thoughtful and ethical. I have a few friends, including my accountant, that have moved to him and regularly sing his praises. Highly recommend.
