We use Dr. Gregory Rape, he is in the same practice as doctor Brooks. He is awesome and a very inspiring Christian man. He treats his patients as if they were his own children. He keeps things light and keeps the kids at ease. My kids actually enjoy seeing him, he is very funny and down to earth

We love Dr. Hufham. He is in Mtn. Brook, but comes to Springville once a month where Dr. Ronderos' office is.

Rape and Brooks in Odenville. Only there on every other Wednesday but Ian uses Dr. Brooks. Love him..

I know that you do not know me, but saw a friend comment on this post...I just wanted to mention Dr. Christine Abenoja, with Orthdontics at Liberty Park and Warrior Orthodontics. She is wonderful, and their prices are competitive.

We use Dr. Savage across from the First Baptist church in Trussville! We love her and her whole staff! They are not only friendly with the parents but also address the kids too! Makes them feel like they know what's going as well! I used Dr. Rape way back when I had braces and he was excellent but heard his prices are a lot more now.

Canales Orthodontists has 3 locations, Brittany works with them.

I used Dr Savage in Trussville for my braces a few years ago. I loved her!! I will definitely use her when my kids need braces.

We used Dr. Hufham too, Laura. We loved him and his staff. Looks like we'll be using him again too - with at least one more of our kids, maybe two...

Dr Ronald Phillips. Bri loves him and our nieces are now going to him too. Bri swears by him because she was able to avoid surgery by going to him

When we were still there we were taking Joseph to Dr. Hufham there in Springville. Really liked him and was referred by a friend who is a hygienist to see him. REALLY liked that he didn't jump into things and was watching to see what his mouth would do as he entered puberty instead of jumping into a plan early (others we went and visited were wanting to jump early and even mentioned surgery....) Good luck!

Dr. Savage, we used her for Christen's braces and Logan's (he had a full set and head gear for a crossbite). Harrison is also going to need braces and I will use her again.

Orthodontia is a racket!!! They nickle and dime you to death!! If you are really on a tight budget, call UAB Dental School. They do a great job and it's significantly cheaper than most. Not sure if they do payment plans but you could ask. Also, many give discounts if you pay up front in full. Just an idea. Good luck to you.

Dr. Moore in Inverness. Not exactly in the area but worth the drive...payment plans, great staff, super doc & great rewards plan for the kids... Worth looking into.

Dr Brooks! My daughter had to have braces when she was 7 because of an injury to her mouth. They were great with her!

I do not recommend Birmingham Orthodontics. Dr. Rape is a very sweet man, Dr. Savage is also nice.

We love Dr. Nelson. The whole staff is great and has been so kind to our family. Lily is our fourth child to have braces with him !

Dr. Savage is by far the best. I used her for two daughters, and she did a fantastic job, and then used another for 2 others. The results were not as good, and had to take one to her to fix the crappy job done. When we used her, her fees were not much higher than anyone else's.

Dr. Savage is great. Both of my daughters went to her, and people compliment them on their teeth all the time! Nice people!

My husband got braces in his late forties. Dr. Savage's office worked with us and we had a very reasonable payment plan.

Dr. Brooks at Rape & Brooks. We've been very pleased so far. Have two in braces right now. Our third will get them this summer.

Dr. George Nelson - he did all four of my kids and they are adults (in their 40's and one is 50) and their teeth are beautiful still.

we used Dr. Nelson up by Dr. Bob's and Pump it Up for Kristen and Trinity.. We liked him.. He was in Chalkville back then

We use JR Millington Dentistry. They seem to have a nice network of specialties surrounding them. May want to check with them.
