Wow, I wouldn't recommend Le Cave any longer. They were closed down a few months ago - filth beyond belief, and while they are open again I think, I can't get the pictures of the mess out of my head. Plus, while wonderful, the only vegan items were some of the donuts.

Village Bakehouse (Magee/Oracle) has the best ones I've found thus far in Tucson. They're the most authentic and they're really tasty. I grew up eating black and white cookies in Brooklyn so I've had more than my fair share of them, and I definitely do enjoy the ones that Village Bakehouse makes.
