If you want chains that you're familiar with, then go to International. If you want some nice oprtions, then go to Sand Lake Blvd, 5 minutes or so from Universal. It's known as "Restaurant Row" and the dining options are the best in the area. Some favorites of mine: Lemonshark (poke bowls) Amura (sushi and hibachi) Bocas Grill (Spanish) Bosphorous (Turkish)

Nile Ethiopian Restaurant is one of my favorite local spots and the best food you'll find on I-Drive, hands down. Cafe Tu Tu Tango is also a good option on that side of town. Both have great food and unique atmospheres.

Border Grill and Soupa Saiyan are both down the road in the same plaza. Hash House A Go Go serves an entire BLT sandwich on their bloody mary. Hanamizuki does a good ramen on Mondays.

Depends what you like. Great Indian food (with a weekend buffet) at [Aashirwad](https://www.yelp.com/biz/aashirwad-orlando-4?osq=indian+food). [Steak on Fire](https://www.yelp.com/biz/steak-on-fire-orlando?osq=brazilian) is a really good casual Brazilian restaurant with an amazing steak sandwich. Ruby's in Oxnard.. I'm not sure if they still do the Mothers Day buffet /brunch with mariachi. I took my madrecita 2 years ago and it was beautiful. Here's their number in case you'd like to call and ask 805-486-2169.
