Quite a few of my clients have used Francis and been a leased with them. I’m not sure if they’re always the cheapest, but importantly they don’t oversell (they help you choose the right sized AC for your place) and they’re pretty quick with service calls when needed.

I've used JD Swallow for a furnace service and a hot water tank replacement estimate. Always friendly and professional. Furnace needed an extra service when they were here and they didn't charge the visit fee for the second service. Pretty sure they do AC as well.

I know this is a bit late, but we just had our furnace, AC and hot water done by en blue. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I got quotes from all the same guys as you, and quite honestly I was stunned at how unprofessional most of them were. The Francis guy literally stood there and stared at my pipes for fifteen minutes mumbling to himself. The en blue guy (Kevin) was unbelievably knowledgeable, and always instantly responded to emails I sent, even if it was like ten o'clock at night. Their prices were pretty much in the same ball park as the others, but theirs came with better warranty options than anyone else. It'd recommend them for sure!
